We all have limiting beliefs and conditionings that prevent us from stepping out of our safety line. Taking risks can be scary, but your creative expression can only expand when you set foot on the journey that will ignite the path towards a better version of yourself.
Set a day and a time that you dedicate only to yourself
Apart from our coaching sessions, it is important that you devote to enjoy your own company and to nurture yourself. You’ll find creative ways to make this time available for you.
Challenge yourself to move forward
You will explore weekly challenges that will allow you to overcome fears that prevent you from creating the life you want. You’ll take small steps that will prepare you to eventually let go of your biggest resistance.
